Australia, 13 November 2023 – Australian first-time, global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, SHEIN, today announces a collaboration with leading Australian designer, Alice McCall.
Shein x Alice McCall is a capsule collection of over 30 pieces – a revival of the renowned designer’s favorite romantic style, with pieces for every occasion.
Pop pastels, floral prints evoking English gardens, 70s Italian lingerie, art nouveau inspired lurex jacquard pieces, sequin mini dresses, toile de jour prints and a Marie Antoinette inspired ruffle off the shoulder mini dress all in this recreation Also included are feminine collections.

Alice said, “I’ve always been passionate about the idea that my designs could be attainable to a broader audience, so when the opportunity to partner with Shein arose, it felt like I was able to turn this vision into a reality.” ”
“One of the highlights for me was that, for the first time in my two decades as a designer, I have been able to work with salvaged fabrics and also use recycled polyester in this collection.
“The styles feel fresh, innovative, easy to wear, and obviously Alice-like,” she said.
The collection leverages SHEIN’s industry-leading on-demand production model for ultra-small batch production, and Assesses market response in real time, increasing production only if necessary. This approach minimizes production waste at the source and minimizes excess inventory.
